If all of the products purchased in the Transaction are returned, the Bonus Gift Card supplied must also be returned.

If some of the products purchased in the Transaction are returned, the Bonus Gift Card supplied must also be returned unless the value of the Transaction (after the items have been returned) exceeds the £250 threshold. In such circumstance, the original gift card issued will be cancelled and a new Bonus Gift Card issued with a value equivalent to 10% of the Transaction price less the price of the returned products.

If products purchased using the Bonus Gift Card are returned the Bonus Gift Card supplied must also be returned.

If the Bonus Gift Card cannot be returned, the value of the Bonus Gift Card will be deducted from the refunded amount (if any). No refunds will be made to a Bonus Gift Card after the Expiry Date.
